Gate Pass Application Guide

Step 1
Visiting party will have to send in advance, their clear passport copies including valid residence permit page for both Qatar Residents and GCC Residents or Qatar Business Visa to their respective Qatar Steel contacts.

Step 2
Gate pass application will then be prepared by the respective Qatar Steel Departments using the prescribed MIC Gate Pass Application form. It will then be signed by the respective authorized signatory.

Step 3
Gate pass which are approved and stamped by Qatar Steel HESQ Department will then be delivered to Qatar Steel Dormitory (QD3) office (Tel. 477 2730) at Mesaieed. Please see the Mesaieed Map.

Step 4
Visiting Party representatives will have to pick up the Gate pass applications from Qatar Steel Dormitory (QD3) on the date of the visit and take it personally to Mesaieed Industrial City (MIC) Gate Pass Section for verification and approval with respective prescribed fees.

Step 5
Visiting Party will then proceed to Qatar Steel through industrial area gate no. 2 and present the duly signed gate pass to the MIC gate 2 security officers.
