Qatar Steel provides a traders portal that establishes a convenient link between Qatar Steel and our customers to conduct the business through that electronic gateway.
Customers can self register themselves into the system which will provide the following functions:
Place and Track Orders This function allows customers to place requests for our products online. Customers can also track the order status until it is shipped including any agreed changes in the quantity and delivery schedules. Once the shipment is received, customers can confirm receiving of shipment.
Support/Service Requests Customers can place a request for support/service and track the status up to the agreed resolution.
